Competition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all competitions operated by 1Yelir Ltd ("we", "us", "our") through our website. By entering any competition on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2.3 We reserve the right to require proof of identity, age, and address before accepting an entry or awarding a prize.
2.4 Employees, agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with 1Yelir Ltd may be excluded from entry where stated on the relevant competition page.
2.5 Entries from outside the United Kingdom may be accepted only where permitted by the specific competition listing. Any additional shipping, customs, taxes, duties, import fees, or related delivery charges for winners outside the UK are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Competition entry
3.1 Each competition will specify:
- the prize;
- the cost of entry;
- any maximum number of entries;
- the entry question or skill-based requirement;
- any competition-specific rules.
3.2 To enter, the entrant must:
- complete the entry process on the website;
- pay the stated entry fee;
- successfully answer the entry question or otherwise satisfy the stated entry requirement.
3.3 An entry will only be valid once:
- payment has been successfully received; and
- the entrant has successfully answered the entry question or met the applicable entry requirement.
3.4 If an entrant fails the entry question or does not complete the required process, the entry may be invalid and may not be entered into the draw.
4. Nature of the competition

4.4 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition where necessary to ensure legal compliance, fairness, operational integrity, or where events occur outside our reasonable control.
5. Entry fees and payments
5.1 The price per entry will be clearly displayed on the competition page.
5.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods made available on the website.
5.3 Unless otherwise required by law, all entry payments are non-refundable once an entry has been completed and accepted.
5.4 If a payment is reversed, charged back, declined, or found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the associated entry or entries.
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, system interference, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Draw process
6.1 Once a valid entry is accepted, the entrant will be entered into the relevant competition draw.
6.2 The draw will take place in a live feed environment or other format stated on the relevant competition page.
6.3 The winner will be selected by the method described on the competition page or during the live draw.
6.4 Our decision regarding the selection of the winner, eligibility of entries, and allocation of the prize shall be final, except where prohibited by law.
7. Winners
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, fails verification checks, is found to be in breach of these Terms, or is otherwise ineligible, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner.
7.3 We may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, address, and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
7.4 Once verification is complete, the prize will be allocated to the winner.
8. Prize delivery
8.1 The prize will be delivered to the verified winner using the delivery details they provide.
8.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
8.3 Additional delivery charges may apply where the winner is located outside the UK.
8.4 The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes, local compliance requirements, or similar charges applying outside the UK, unless we expressly state otherwise.
8.5 We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied by the winner, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Prize conditions
9.1 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated by us.
9.2 We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
9.3 We do not guarantee manufacturer warranties, ongoing service support, or compatibility of any prize except where required by law or specifically stated.
10. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- provides false or misleading information;
- tampers with the entry process;
- acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
- attempts to manipulate the competition or draw;
- uses automated methods, bots, or multiple identities;
- behaves in a way that may bring the competition or our business into disrepute.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we will not be liable for:
- any loss of chance, business, profit, revenue or opportunity;
- any indirect or consequential loss;
- any technical malfunction, website interruption, payment issue, or communication failure outside our reasonable control;
- delay or failure in delivery caused by couriers, customs, supply issues, or force majeure events.
11.3 Our total liability in relation to any competition shall not exceed the amount paid by the entrant for the relevant entry, except where the law provides otherwise.
12. Website and system issues
12.1 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12.2 Where there is a system failure, technical issue, accidental over-subscription, or corruption of entry data, we reserve the right to suspend, void, amend, or restart the affected competition where reasonably necessary.
13. Personal data
13.1 We will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 We collect entrants’ names, phone numbers, and email addresses for purposes connected with the competition, including contacting entrants with updates and contacting winners.
13.3 We do not sell personal data externally.
14. Publicity
14.1 By entering, the winner agrees that we may announce their first name, surname initial, and general location, unless prohibited by law.
14.2 If additional publicity, photographs, videos, or promotional use is requested, this will be subject to any separate consent or agreement where required.
15. Fair use and compliance
15.1 Entrants must not misuse the website, interfere with the competition process, or attempt to gain unfair advantage.
15.2 We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and to provide information to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or fraud prevention bodies where necessary.
16. Changes to these Terms

17. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
